Check Measure Worksheet
Before you begin measuring, we recommend printing our Check Measure Worksheet to record your measurements clearly and accurately.
This worksheet has been designed to help you capture all the essential details required to complete your order correctly. Once your measurements are recorded, you can simply transfer the information directly into the online order form when placing your order.
Clear, organised, and easy to use—measuring made simple.
Measuring Tips
Measuring Instructions
For best accuracy, always use a steel tape measure. Make sure the tape is straight, level, and pulled tight when taking measurements.
To stay organised, start measuring from your front door, then move to the left and continue clockwise around your home, labelling this as Window 1, Window 2, and so on.
If your home has multiple levels, repeat the same process upstairs.
When placing your order, clearly label each blind with its room name to avoid confusion during production and installation.
How to Measure
Measure at the top of the window frame, where the blind brackets will be installed.
Always measure in millimetres (mm).
Being 1mm short is acceptable, but measurements must never be 1mm too long.
Measure every window individually, even if they appear to be the same size.
The measurement you provide should be the outside edge to outside edge of the brackets, not the fabric width.
Do not make any deductions. All required allowances will be calculated and applied by Orylen Curtain.
