Free Worldwide Shipping – How It Works

All ORYLEN CURTAIN orders come with free worldwide shipping.

Once your order is completed, we’ll arrange delivery using a suitable courier based on your location and the size of your order.
For Australian deliveries, this is typically Direct Freight Express, though alternative carriers may be used where appropriate.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

Most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and courier service.

You do not need to be home at the time of delivery. Our couriers are authorised to leave parcels at the delivery address.
If you expect to be away, we recommend using a work address or adding delivery instructions at checkout.

Delivery Protection – Included at No Extra Cost

Every ORYLEN CURTAIN order is packed with care; however, shipping is handled by third-party couriers and transit issues can occasionally occur.

To protect your purchase, delivery insurance is included with every order at no additional charge.

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will remake the affected product free of charge.

You must notify us within 8 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence so we can process your claim.

What If There’s an Issue With My Product?

If your product arrives with a manufacturing fault or does not meet our quality standards, please contact ORYLEN CURTAIN within 8 days of delivery.
Our team will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.
