Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide. For very remote locations, delivery may be arranged to the closest available town, depot or freight collection point.

Can I order fabric samples?

Yes. You can choose your preferred fabrics and we will send samples to your door, so you can check the colour, texture and light effect in your own space before ordering.

Can I send house plans for a quote?

Yes, as long as your plans include measurements and the products you are interested in. We can provide an estimated quote first, but final measurements should still be confirmed before production.

How do I get a quote?

Our pricing is available online. Simply choose a product, enter your measurements and options, and you will be able to see the price without waiting for a manual quote.

Do you offer discounts?

From time to time, we offer special pricing or order-based discounts. Any available offer will be shown on the website or applied during checkout where applicable.

Choosing the Right Product

What fabric should I choose?

It depends on what you want to achieve.

  • Blockout: best for bedrooms, privacy and light control.
  • Sunscreen: helps reduce glare while keeping daytime visibility.
  • Light filtering: softens the light and gives a frosted-glass effect.
  • Sheer curtains: add softness, texture and daytime privacy.
Do you offer motorised blinds or curtains?

Yes, selected products can be made with motorisation options. Please contact us if you need motorised blinds, curtains or tracks.

Is installation difficult?

No. Most blinds can be installed quickly, and curtains are also designed to be straightforward. Each product comes with simple installation guidance.

What tools do I need?

Usually you only need a drill, pencil, tape measure and possibly a step ladder. If you are fixing into plaster without studs, use suitable hollow wall anchors from a hardware store.

Can you install for me?

For Australia & New Zealand areas, installation may be available depending on your location. For non-local orders, many customers install themselves or use a local handyman with our measuring and installation guides.

Ordering & Delivery

How long will my order take?

Production and delivery times depend on the product, fabric and destination. Once your order is confirmed, we will keep you updated with the estimated timeframe.

How do I check my order status?

We will send updates by email. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.

Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery fees depend on the order size, product type and delivery address. Any shipping cost will be shown before checkout.

How is my order shipped?

Your order will be carefully packed and shipped with a suitable freight or courier partner based on the size of the goods and your location.

Does my order include everything I need?

Yes. Your order will include the required brackets, screws, hardware and tracks where applicable.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we may be able to update your order. Once production begins, changes may not be possible because each item is custom made.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept common online payment methods. Bank transfer may also be available upon request.

What if my order is damaged or lost in transit?

If there is an issue during delivery, contact us straight away with photos and details. We will work with the courier and help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Blinds

What is the difference between sunscreen and light filtering blinds?

Sunscreen blinds reduce glare and give daytime privacy while still allowing you to see outside. Light filtering blinds soften the view both ways and create a more private, frosted look.

Do blockout blinds block all light?

The blockout fabric itself blocks light, but small light gaps can still appear around the edges, especially with recess fit blinds. For stronger light control, face fit is usually the better option.

Do roller blinds help with insulation?

Yes. Roller blinds can help reduce heat entering through windows in summer and help retain warmth in winter by creating a layer between the glass and the room.

Do I measure differently for double roller blinds?

No. The measuring method is generally the same. For recess fit double roller blinds, make sure there is enough depth for the double bracket system.

What fabric should I choose for double roller blinds?

A popular combination is one blockout blind for night-time privacy and one sunscreen or light filtering blind for daytime comfort.

Should I make the blind drop longer than the window?

No. Follow the measuring guide and enter the correct space measurement. Extra fabric allowance is handled during production where needed.

How much recess depth do I need for blinds?

A deeper recess gives a cleaner result. Around 60mm or more is ideal for many blinds, although some installations may still work with less depth depending on the product.

How do I measure a corner window?

Measure each window through to the corner, then let us know which blind should run through the corner and which one should finish against it. We can adjust the sizes for a neater fit.

What if my window is an unusual shape?

Most roller blinds are best suited to square or rectangular windows. If your window has an unusual shape, send us photos and measurements so we can advise what is possible.

Curtains

Which curtain heading should I choose?

It depends on the look you prefer.

  • S-Fold: modern, clean and flowing.
  • Pencil Pleat: softer and more traditional.
  • Pinch Pleat: more structured and elegant.
What is the difference between a standard hem and weighted hem?

A standard sewn hem gives a classic finished edge. A weighted hem adds discreet weight to the bottom of the curtain, helping it hang neatly with a more minimal look.

Can my curtains puddle on the floor?

Yes, but it is best for decorative areas where the curtains are not opened and closed often. Puddled curtains can collect dust, drag on the floor and need more regular adjusting.

Will I see the curtain track?

It depends on the curtain style. S-Fold curtains usually hang below the track, so the track remains visible. Pleated curtains can sit higher and hide more of the track.

How much space do curtains take when open?

As a rough guide, a one-way stack may take around 25% of the track width. Centre-opening curtains usually stack around 12.5% on each side.

How wide should my curtains be?

For a better look, we usually recommend extending the curtain track wider than the window. Wall-to-wall curtains create the most luxurious and finished appearance.

What fullness do you use?

Our curtains are made with generous fullness to create a soft, full look when open or closed. The exact fullness may vary depending on the curtain style and fabric.

Do you make eyelet or rod pocket curtains?

Our main curtain products are designed for track systems, which provide a cleaner finish and smoother operation.

Can I use my existing curtain track?

We usually recommend ordering the track with the curtain. Existing tracks can vary in hook type, spacing and drop, which makes it difficult to guarantee a perfect fit.

Can you do curved or corner tracks?

Yes. Curved, bent or corner tracks may be possible. Please send photos of your space so we can recommend the best measuring and layout method.

Should I choose one curved track or two tracks meeting in the corner?

Both can work. A curved track gives a smoother continuous look, while two tracks meeting at the corner creates a cleaner square finish. It depends on the style you prefer.

Can I choose custom curtain splits or panels?

Yes. If you need centre opening, one-way stack, multiple panels or a special split, contact us with your preferred layout and we can guide you.

What if I have an air conditioner or obstacle near the window?

Send us a photo of the area. We can suggest a suitable track position, curtain drop or layout to work around the obstacle.

Measuring & Installation

Should I make deductions from my measurements?

No. Measure the space as instructed and enter the actual measurements. We will make the required production allowances based on your selected product and installation type.

How do I measure for curtains?

Measure the space, not the curtain itself. For width, measure the track or wall-to-wall area you want to cover. For drop, measure from the track position down to the floor. Do not make your own deductions.

Can I install curtains if I have cornices?

Yes. In many homes, the best option is to mount the track just below the cornice on the wall. This still gives a ceiling-to-floor look without awkward gaps.

Can I fix curtain brackets into plaster?

Yes, but use suitable hollow wall anchors if there are no studs or battens. For heavier curtains, fixing into studs or solid backing is always preferred.

How much space do I need for double curtain tracks?

Double tracks need enough depth for both layers to move freely. S-Fold double curtains usually need more space than a pleat and S-Fold combination. Contact us if your reveal or pelmet space is limited.

Do I need studs or battens for curtain installation?

Studs or battens are recommended where possible, especially for wider or heavier curtains. If fixing only into plaster, use strong anchors suitable for the wall type and curtain weight.

Double Curtains

How do double curtains work?

Double curtains use two separate tracks, one behind the other. Each layer operates independently, usually with a sheer layer and a blockout layer.

What fabrics work best for double curtains?

The most popular option is sheer curtains for daytime softness and privacy, paired with blockout curtains for night-time privacy and light control.

Care & Support

How do I clean my curtains?

Do not machine wash custom curtains unless the care label specifically allows it. Spot cleaning is usually safest. For deeper cleaning, use a professional curtain cleaner.

Can I return a custom-made order?

Because custom products are made specifically to your measurements and selections, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. If there is a fault or issue with your order, contact us and we will help resolve it.

Something is wrong with my order. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details, photos and a description of the issue. We will review it and help find a suitable solution.
