1. Custom-Made Products
All products sold by ORYLEN CURTAIN are custom-made to order, based on the measurements, selections, and specifications provided by the customer during the ordering process.
As each product is manufactured specifically for your order, it is essential that all measurements, fabric choices, mounting options, and other details are checked carefully before placing an order.
ORYLEN CURTAIN cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy
a. Faulty or Defective Products
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you must notify ORYLEN CURTAIN within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please provide clear photos and a brief description of the issue to assist with assessment.
Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed as a manufacturing defect, ORYLEN CURTAIN will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product, in accordance with our warranty terms.
b. Incorrect Measurements or Specifications
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns or refunds cannot be accepted for orders placed with incorrect measurements, colours, fabrics, mounting types, or other customer-selected specifications.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are accurate before submitting their order.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
As all ORYLEN CURTAIN products are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If production has not yet started, cancellation may be considered at our discretion.
