Measure the Width

Option A – Curtains Covering the Entire Wall

For a full wall-to-wall look, measure the total width of the ceiling from one wall to the other.

This measurement will be used as your track width.

Option B – Curtains Framing the Window

Begin by measuring the outside width of your window frame (architrave).

Next, decide how you would like your curtains to sit when they are open.

Extend the curtain track 100–200 mm beyond each side of the window frame.

Example

  • Window frame width: 1800 mm
  • Add 150 mm to each side
  • Recommended track width: 2100 mm

Please note: When opened, part of the curtain stack might remain over the window.

Measure the Drop

Measure from the ceiling to the finished floor at three points — left, centre and right.

If your room has a built-in pelmet, take your measurements from the underside of the pelmet instead of the ceiling.

Compare all three measurements and use the shortest one when placing your order.

Tip: If the difference between your highest and lowest measurement is more than 10 mm, we recommend selecting a puddled curtain for a more elegant finish and to help disguise any uneven floors or ceilings.

Choose Your Curtain Finish

Select the curtain finish that best suits your space and style when placing your order.

Important:
Please enter your actual measurements only. Do not add or subtract any length yourself. Our production team will make the necessary manufacturing adjustments to achieve your selected finish.

Floor Skimming (Recommended)

For a clean, modern appearance, your curtains will finish approximately 5–15 mm above the floor, allowing them to hang freely without dragging.

Floor Touching

For a classic, tailored look, the curtains will lightly rest on the floor, creating a neat and elegant finish.

Puddle Finish

For a more luxurious, designer appearance, choose a Puddle Finish. The curtains will extend approximately 20 mm onto the floor, creating a soft fabric puddle.

If you prefer a deeper puddle, simply leave your preferred extra length in the Order Notes during checkout, and we'll customise it for you.

Choose Your Wand, Opening Style & Track System

Select Your Wand Length

Choose the wand length that best suits your curtain height.

As a general guide, taller curtains require a longer wand to ensure comfortable operation. Select a length that allows you to easily reach and operate your curtains.

Choose Your Opening Style

Decide how you would like your curtains to open:

  • Left Stack
  • Right Stack
  • Centre Opening
  • Multiple Openings (for wide or multi-panel installations)

When choosing your opening style, consider:

  • Which side is most convenient to access
  • Any furniture or window obstructions
  • Which part of the window or door you use most frequently

Choose Your Track Type

You can also select the track system that best suits your needs.

Fixed Flow Track
The carriers remain evenly spaced, maintaining a consistent S-Fold appearance every time the curtains are opened or closed. This is the recommended option for motorised curtains.

Free Flow Track
Allows the curtain carriers to move freely, giving you greater flexibility over where the curtain stacks when open.

Complete Your Order

You're now ready to order your custom-made curtains.

Simply enter the measurements you've recorded and select your preferred curtain options during checkout.

Please provide your exact measurements only. Do not make any allowances for hems, floor clearance, or puddling—we'll apply all necessary manufacturing adjustments to achieve your selected finish.

Once your order is placed, every curtain will be custom-manufactured to your specifications for a precise fit and a premium finish.

Measure your width

Option A – Curtains Covering the Entire Wall

For a full wall-to-wall look, measure the total width of the ceiling from one wall to the other.

If your room has cornices, measure between the inside edges of the cornices rather than the outside.

This measurement will be used as your track width.

Option B – Curtains Framing the Window

Begin by measuring the outside width of your window frame (architrave).

Next, decide how you would like your curtains to sit when they are open.

Extend the curtain track 100–200 mm beyond each side of the window frame.

Example

  • Window frame width: 1800 mm
  • Add 150 mm to each side
  • Recommended track width: 2100 mm

Please note: When opened, part of the curtain stack might remain over the window.

Measure the Drop

Measure from where your curtains will start down to the floor on the left side, middle and right side.

Go for puddling if your three measurements have a greater than 10mm difference.
